Professional Analysis and Scope

The research, Incident Dossiers, case analyses, and commentary published by Humanity Driven AI are evidence-based professional analyses grounded in real-world cases, documented human experiences, Clinical and behavioral evidence, public records, research, and more than three decades of direct professional practice.

Alison Leigh's work draws upon Clinical psychology, psychological and behavioral analysis, organizational and executive consulting, human performance, human-AI interaction research, AI ethics and governance, consent-by-design, psychological risk assessment, product and interaction risk analysis, original research, and framework development.

These publications examine how AI systems affect human thought, emotion, behavior, relationships, vulnerability, safety, decision-making, and psychological well-being. They integrate documented evidence with Clinical pattern analysis, psychological risk recognition, behavioral analysis, public-record research, and the application of ALI_ETHICAL_CONSENT™.

Unless expressly prepared for a specific legal matter, these publications are not retained expert reports, sworn testimony, legal opinions, or case-specific forensic evaluations. That distinction does not diminish their evidentiary basis, professional authority, or value as research and analysis.

5.

Do Not Submit Privileged or Sensitive Information

6.

Public Analysis Does Not Imply Involvement

HDAI research and analysis may discuss public matters for analytical and educational purposes. Publication of analysis does not imply HDAI's involvement in any particular case, and does not imply that a public allegation has been legally proven.

7.

Assessments Evaluate Products, Not People

HDAI Psychological Risk Assessments evaluate AI products and interaction systems. They do not diagnose individual users. References to “diagnostic” work describe examination of the product and interaction environment.

8.
